Join us on September 12, 2015 at the Greenville, SC Downtown Airport (KGMU) for lunch at Runway Cafe, and then we'll head over to the 9th Annual Triple Tree Aerodrome Fly-in (SC00/Woodruff, SC)! 

Registration:

SEBS has no fee, but we need you to register for planning purposes! We need to know 2 things:

  1. Total # of people coming to lunch at Runway Café
  2. Will you be flying to Triple Tree
    (Note: Triple Tree does have a fee and would like you to pre-register. See info below on Triple Tree.)

Event at Triple TreeWant to fly-in to the Augusta National of Aerodromes?  Then come to the most beautiful 7,000 foot grass strip in the world for the 9th annual Triple Tree Aerodrome Fly-In on September 12th, 2015 (SC00/Woodruff, SC), where fun, fellowship and hospitality is guaranteed.  Triple Tree sits on a 440 acre site, with a restored WWII control tower, exceptional campsites, unrivaled bath facilities, private fishing, six miles of hiking trails, great food, educational seminars, and social events.  Typically 800 planes fly-in, and the professionally staffed tower coordinates nearly 2000 flight ops.

Things to know about Triple Tree:

  • Registration
    • Please go to the Triple Tree Fly-In webpage, scroll all the way to the bottom and complete the pre-registration. This pre-registration does not obligate you in any way but allows Triple Tree to preprint your registration package in advance. This will speed you right thru the registration process and allow you to start enjoying the “Fun, Fellowship and Hospitality” within minutes of landing. If you are unable to utilize pre-registration, you can complete it upon your arrival.
  • Daily Fee
    • Pilots of participating aircraft - $15 per day
    • Passengers arriving with participating aircraft – 1 day/$15, 2 days/$25, 3 days/$30, each additional day/$10
    • Spectators arriving by car -  – 1 day/$15, 2 days/$25, 3 days/$30, each additional day/$10
      • You must be a member or a guest of a member of a flying organization like: EAA, FAA, AMA, AOPA, ABS etc. You will be asked to show your membership card or pilot's license.
    • Kids under 18 years old – FREE         
  • Fuel
    • 100LL is available for emergency only. Be prepared for a two to three hour wait.
  • Rental Cars
    • If you would like a rental car, arrangements must be made directly with Enterprise at (864) 576-6750 or Elite Car Rentals at (864) 288-8338 so that cars may be delivered on site at Triple Tree.

  • Our very own J.P. Cullen who's home airport is KGMU is working to get a direct flight from KGMU to SC00 rather than having to fly the announced procedure into SC00. Stay tuned for updates.
