BBQ Picnic at Private Horse farm

This event registration page is for the Blue Grass Corvette Club and other invited guests to attend the opening event of the Southeastern Bonanza Society Lexington, KY Weekend Fly-In on Thursday, June 1, 2017!

The event will be held at a private horse farm adjacent to a 3,500' grass airstrip. Local Southeastern Bonanza Society members, Steve Hill and Pete Grass, are the trip captains and highlights include:

• Reception with Cash Bar
• Weather permitting, fly-bys of Alex Boone's aircraft collection which may include 2 Stearman, a T-6, a Spartan Executive, and a Decathlon.
• BBQ Picnic
• BYOC - Bring your own chair!
• No outside beverages please!

• Pulled Pork
• Pulled Chicken
• Sliced Brisket
• Mac n' Cheese
• Green Beans
• Cole Slaw
• Dessert     
• Sweet & Unsweet Tea, Water
• Cash bar available

Blue Grass Corvette Club members should contact the leaders of their respective club for additional cruise-in instructions and directions.

• REGISTRATION IS CLOSED
• Registration is online, and the deadline is Friday, April 28, 2017. 
• The registration fee is $32 per person.     
• Fee includes the menu listed above.
• Payment is by credit card during registration.    
• When your registration is complete, you will receive an email confirming your registration

• Logistic limitations require us to cap registration at 30 people - first come, first served! Please register early to help us plan appropriately!

Cancellations:

Cancellations received by Friday, April 28, 2017 will incur a cancellation fee of $5 per person. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after April 28, 2017 because of guarantees required for this event. You may transfer your registration one time to another individual. No refunds will be issued on transferred registrations.
