If you are not a member, guests including other ABS regional groups are welcome and login is not required. Please consider joining SEBS on our Membership Page. An annual membership is only $30 and gives you access to the member’s only section of the website, our V-Tails newsletter, and email updates on all upcoming events. Joining also helps us maintain our non-profit status for tax purposes.

- MAKE YOUR RESORT RESERVATION and receive your confirmation.

IMMEDIATELY Register Online after you have received your resort confirmation.
- EACH PERSON IN YOUR PARTY must be registered.

- You will need the names, email address, city, state, and cell phone for each person.
- NOTE: Use a different email address for each guest OR leave blank. If you use the same email address for each guest, that email address will receive multiple event notices rather than one notice.
- First Name, Last Name, City and State will be printed on name tags, so please enter what you would like printed on each name tag.
- The registration fee is $14 per person.
- You may view a sample registration to become familiar with the information you will need to provide in the online system for you and your guest(s).
- Payment will be by credit card during registration. (No checks)

- 25% deposit is due at time of reservation (including accommodation and activities); balance is due at resort
- Cancellations 30 days prior to arrival, full refund.
- Cancellations < 30 days to arrival, deposit is transferred to future trip.

- Modified Meal Plan (breakfast / dinner) at $67 per person, per day
- Taxes at 12% VAT, Service Charges, and 15% meal gratuities
- Total per couple $1691.92 ($211.49 per person, per day)
Luxury Villa Package:
- 2 bedroom/2 bath beachfront villa accommodation
- Two couples recommended
- Welcome cocktail for 4 guests and one bottle of wine at dinner on your first evening
- Complimentary ½ hour massage - 4 night stay includes four massages
- Conch Fritters every night at happy hour
- Complimentary use of kayaks and bicycles
- $480.00 per night / per villa
- Modified Meal Plan (breakfast / dinner) at $67 per person, per day
- Taxes at 12% VAT, Service Charges, and 15% meal gratuities

Airport:
Group Fly Over:
- Meet at KFPR (St. Lucie County International) in Fort Pierce, FL by 9:00 am on Saturday, November 3rd.
- One aircraft will launch every 10 minutes.
- Michael Turner, Trip Captain, will be available in the Tiki Restaurant from 8 am - 9 am to answer questions about the flight over.

Important:
- A passport is required for everyone re-entering the US including children. Birth certificates are no longer accepted.
- Each pilot will need to show his/her pilot's license and medical upon returning to the US.

Cancellations:
Cancellations received by Monday, October 1, 2018 will incur a $5 cancellation fee per person. There will be no refunds for cancellations received after October 1, 2018 because of financial obligations.
