Pensacola Florida/SEBS & SWBS Combined Fly-In (KPNS)
October 1st-4th, 2026 | 3 Nights Pensacola, Florida
For this event, we are again partnering with the Southwest Bonanza Society (SWBS) for a three-night trip to Pensacola, Florida. Mobile's joint event with SWBS was so much fun we want to do another. We'll be touring the National Naval Aviation Museum along with a few fun activities. Come spend a weekend with your fellow Southeast members and mingle with the Southwest group.

Thursday, Oct 1st
2:00 p.m. (EST) Arrival at Pensacola International Airport (PNS) at Pensacola Aviation FBO.
- $1 discount from the retail posted price for fuel
- 1st night tie down waived with fuel purchase
- Subsequent nights’ tie down fee reduced from $30 to $25 per night
- No landing fees

SEBS has a 10 room block as does SWBS. DEADLINE FOR RESERVING A ROOM IS AUGUST 31, 2026. These will fill up fast so don't hesitate. The rate is $199. each night. This hotel has a restaurant/bar on site which is very convenient for our groups to meet each evening.
5:30 p.m. Meet in the lobby for the ride to Shaggy's menu for our group dinner. This meal is included in your registration fee. A cash bar will be available.
We will return to the hotel at 8:30 p.m. For those who wish to continue getting to know each other we will gather in the hotel bar which is open until 10 p.m.
Friday, Oct 2nd
Enjoy breakfast on your own. Restaurant opens at 6 a.m.
8:15 a.m. - an early morning departure to the National Naval Aviation Museum for an 8:45 a.m. arrival at the NAS West Gate. No entry fee. Our goal will be to join a tour leaving at 9:30 a.m. with our own docent. Café on site from 11- 2 p.m. (Note: Real ID or US Passport required for access to NAS and Museum).
Pensacola lighthouse & Maritime Museum is a "across" the street. Admission is $10 or $7 for 65 yrs and up. This is pay on your own.
2:00 p.m. - A van departs Museum for 30 minute drive back to hotel for those not visiting the Lighthouse.
3:30 p.m. Van departs Lighthouse for 30 minute drive back to hotel.
6 p.m. If joining us at Grizzly Axe Throwing vans depart for 6:30 p.m. reservation. Pay individually upon arrival. $40+ tax per person. Location has a bar and sandwiches/pizza/appetizers on site.
Dinner on your own for those not attending the Axe throwing.
9:00 p.m. Vans depart Grizzly Axes for 15-minute drive back to hotel.
Meet in hotel bar for a nightcap upon return to hotel.
Saturday, Oct 3rd
Breakfast on your own. Restaurant open at 7 a.m.
10:30 a.m. - Van(s) depart the hotel for 5-minute drive to Scavenger Hunt (or 15-minute walk, .6 mile)
11:00 a.m. Pensacola Amazing Race and Scavenger Hunt Adventure | Visit Pensacola - $35 per person paid with registration fee if you choose. We will split up into teams and head out on the approximate 2-hour hunt. Of course, a bar or 2 stop after or even during the ‘race’.
For those not interested in the Scavenger Hunt, plenty of museums, tours, restaurants, etc. near the hotel in the Historic District.
6:15 p.m. Vans leave for Slick Lips Seafood & Oyster House or 1 mile walk, for dinner at 6:30 p.m. Paid individually.
After dinner meet in the hotel bar for more comradery and I imagine a few aviation stories.
