  Join us in the Daytona Beach area of Florida for a fun long-weekend fly-in January 8-11, 2026!  Our home base will be in New Smyrna Beach, just south of Daytona and near the famed Spruce Creek Fly-In Community. Southeastern Bonanza Society member Pete Grass is our trip captain and we’ve put together a great itinerary to help you escape the cold!  Highlights include:

  • Time to explore the New Smyrna Beach seacoast to shake winter’s chill and walk on the broad sand beaches!
  • Thursday night welcome dinner at Off The Hook at Ponce Inlet.
  • Friday excursion to the Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex.
  • Friday evening hangar party at Troy Branning’s hangar in the Spruce Creek Fly-In community where you’ll be joined by other American Bonanza Society members who are in Daytona Beach for live BPPP training.  This hangar party is included in your Fly In registration!
  • Transportation to/from the ABS/ABS Air Safety Foundation’s BPPP Live event on Saturday, January 10 at Emery Riddle University in Daytona Beach.
  • Optional Saturday Marine Discovery Tour for non-BPPP participants (added fee).
  • Saturday evening reception and banquet with sunset views at the Grill at Riverview in New Smyrna Beach.
  • Transportation to all listed activities and events.
  • Sunday morning departures if you must!

  SEBS Registration:

  Registration deadline is Friday, December 19, 2025.  

  • Registration is $430 per person for SEBS members.  The Saturday excursion to the Marine Discovery Center is an optional extra.
  • The base registration fee includes:
  • • Kennedy Space Center tour entrance fee.
    • Thursday night welcome dinner, Friday night Hangar Party at Spruce Creek, and Saturday night banquet.
    • Air conditioned 12 passenger van transportation per itinerary with ice cold water and snacks on the vans.
  • Payment is by credit card during registration.
  • When your registration is complete, you will receive an email confirmation.
  • Logistic limitations require us to limit registration to 30 people - first come, first served! Please register early!
  • AND, yes, local members and snowbirds can join us just for the Hangar Party!  There is a separate registration on the SEBS website for this purpose.

  The SEBS negotiated rate for this hotel is only available through Tuesday, December 9th.  After this date, all room prices are per the hotel’s price structure.

  Fly-In Event Cancellations:

  Fly-in event cancellations received by 5:00 pm Eastern Time on December 19, 2025 will incur a cancellation fee of $50 per person. No refunds will be issued after this date due to booking and reservation guarantees.

  SEBS Hangar Party at Spruce Creek

  As part of the Southeastern Bonanza Society long-weekend Fly In to New Smyrna Beach (see separate event page), SEBS is hosting a Hangar Party at Spruce Creek! The party is on Friday, January 9, 2026 from 6 pm - 8:30 pm. 

  Those who will register for the long-weekend Fly In to New Smyrna Beach DO NOT need to register for this Hangar Party as it is included in your long-weekend Fly In registration.

  This opportunity is specifically for those who are in the Spruce Creek area or those attending the ABS Safety Foundation's BPPP Live event in Daytona Beach on January 10 and wish to join us for the Hangar Party but NOT the full Fly-In. 

  UNLIKE prior Hangar Parties hosted by residents as part of the ABS BPPP event, this one is hosted by SEBS, and Past President and long time SEBS member Troy Branning.  PRE-REGISTRATION/PAYMENT IS REQUIRED!

  SEBS has set up registration for this event, and you need to register online by December 30.  WALK-INS CANNOT BE ACCOMMODATED!

  Registration is $26.00 per person and includes typical hangar party fare; salad, assorted pizza, water, sodas, beer and wine.  

  This event is hosted by Troy Branning and SEBS at his hangar located at 2400 Taxiway Echo in the Spruce Creek fly in community.  

   REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED: DEADLINE IS December 30, 2025.

  1.    If you are a SEBS member, login to your SEBS account prior to registering. Use your email address and password in the fields located in the top right hand corner of the page. If you don't know your password, click the reset password link.

  2.    Click the Register button.

  3.    You will need to register yourself and each of your guests.

  4.    Complete the main form for yourself, and then click the Add Guest Button at the bottom of the page to add a guest. Continue the process of adding guests until you have everyone in!

  1.    If you register a guest, please carefully type in their first and last name(s) on the registration form.

  5.    When your registration is complete, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive an email, that means you are not registered.  Be sure to check your spam/junk folder to make sure that the email is not there.

  Cancellations:

  Cancellations received by December 30, 2025 will incur a $5 cancellation fee per person. We cannot provide refunds for cancellations received after December 30 due to financial commitments with our vendors for the event.

  This is not a SEBS event, but we wanted to help promote it to our members.  A Beechcraft Fly-In with Kentucky Charm bringing together people that share a passion for Beechcraft products and a fly in to fellowship with other aviators!

  This perfectly central location has a wonderful facility boasting a 6051ft paved and well-lit runway with great approaches. Late April is typically known to have beautiful weather in Western Kentucky conducive to outdoor activities. Come to this event with the expectation of having a great time and enjoying the company of fellow Beechcraft and Bonanza owners. Additionally, we will have some of the biggest names in general aviation sharing their knowledge with our group.
